TST work within the building industry to provide a range of cleaning services for new builds. We work with our clients, and can tailor our builders cleaning service to your needs. 

 

Our new build cleaning services cover a range of areas including, beginning with the cleaning site welfare units, and site hoardings to maintain a clean working environment.

As the development moves on, we begin with a planned works on individual plots. Starting with an initial deep clean, typically followed by a re-clean, sparkle clean and final pre handover clean.

After handover, our team are there to provide regular Sales Office/Show Home cleans for the Customer Sales Teams.
